I. Application of Transformer Oil Filtration Machine

Due to the highly hygroscopic nature of the transformer oil, it absorbs moisture from windings, which leads to gradual deterioration of dielectric strength. There are also some waste impurities, gas contents in the transformer oil which destroy the oil’s quality.

In order to address this problem, we have designed double-stage vacuum transformer oil filtration equipment. This machine adopts the double-stage vacuum system, which can highly improve the machine’s working vacuum value as it removes the water, gas, and impurities from transformer oil efficiently.

The machine adopts duplex 3D stereo-evaporation technology, which has an evaporation area that is three times more than that of normal evaporation technology. This innovation can dehydrate and degas effectively and efficiently. The machine uses Germany’s high precision filter, which removes various impurities and particles thoroughly.

Hence, the double-stage vacuum transformer oil filtration equipment can remove the water, gas, and impurities in insulating oil efficiently, increasing and maintaining the oil's dielectric strength.
