Application Scenarios of the Transformer Oil Purification Machine
Insulating oil filtration machine is used in power plants, power
stations, power companies, metallurgy, petrochemical, railway, and
other industrial and mining enterprises to purify unqualified
electrical insulating oil. It can also be used for vacuum pumping
and vacuum drying of electrical equipment.
Working Principle of Sino-NSH VF-10 Dielectric Oil Purifier
When the VF is working, the oil enters the primary filter through
the inlet under the action of the internal and external pressure
difference, and the large particles of impurities are filtered out.
After the oil is heated by a multi-stage electric heater, it enters
the Sino-NSH special vacuum separation tank. In the separation
tank, the mist is first formed, and then the film is formed, so
that the contact area in the vacuum is expanded to hundreds of
times, and the water in the oil is obtained under the conditions of
high heat, high vacuum, large surface, and high pumping speed.
Vaporizes quickly and is exhausted by the vacuum system.
