Application of Sino-NSH VFD-100
It is mainly used for large-scale transmission and transformation
equipment above 110KV and the national main transformer grid,

Double-stage Transformer Oil Vacuum Purifier Features
1. The various indicators of the product are much higher than the
international standard. Compared with the single-stage vacuum oil
filter, its dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal
(mechanical impurities and free carbon) are faster and more
thorough. The point is higher, and the breakdown voltage after
treatment can be increased to better than 75kV.
2. The double-stage vacuum with a high pumping rate can greatly
improve the vacuum environment in the tank to achieve a high
vacuum, the ultimate vacuum is ≤5 Pa and the working vacuum is ≤35
Pa so that the oil temperature remains unchanged during the
treatment process and meets the requirements of the installation.
Or the need for vacuuming the transformer body at the maintenance
site greatly shortens the oil treatment period.
3. Unique degassing and dehydration system, compound
three-dimensional flash evaporation, can quickly remove liquid
water, can effectively remove trace moisture such as dissolved
water, and efficiently complete degassing, dehydration, and
treatment of transformer oil to improve oil quality, and dielectric
strength.

1. PLC intelligent control, touch screen operation, and dynamic
display can be selected according to the needs of users.
2. The main power components, ultra-wide filter equipment, and

Effects Achieved by Using the VFD Series Model
Sino-SNH double-stage high vacuum equipment is used to decrease
total water content (ppm) and gasses present in transformer oil.
A highly efficient dual-stage vacuum system with a vacuum chamber
is an ideal solution for dehydration and gas removal.
Water content is decreased to less than 5 ppm. Total gas content is
reduced to less than 0,1%. Breakdown voltage is improved above
75kV.
