1. Transformer oil under the action of thermoelectric field, oil and oxygen contact is gradually oxidized into various oxides and acids, alcohols and other forms of insoluble gum.
2. Due to the leakage of the system, the seal is not strict, the oil is in heat load for a long time, and the open oil storage and other reasons, the water and gas in the air settle in the oil, resulting in water and gas in the oil.

Combining with vacuum system, the multi-stage filtration system adopts a high dehydration efficiency,it has a strong anti-emulsifying capability, which could separate the large amount of water from oil and trace water from oil. The clearness of final oil can be under 6 NAS and water can be under 100PPM after processing with our machine.
