General
VF series single-stage vacuum insulation oil purifier is mainly
used to extend the lifetime of oils used in transformers, circuit
breakers, mutual inductor, voltage regulators and switch gear, or
to inject the insulating oil into the transformers.
Equipped with regenerators, it can improve the effect of de-acid,
de-color and remove dielectric and acid more effectively. The value
of breakdown voltage will increase from 15KV to 65KV. The
performance and lifetime of insulating oil will improve and extend
awfully after purification and regeneration.
Operating conditions:
The installation shall be designed to opeartae satifactory at
ambient temperatures ranging from -20 deg.C to 55 deg. C
Description
Sino-NSH-VF is a dehydration and degassing unit with thermal and vacuum
processing. Comparing with Sino-NSH-VFD this series is more
suitable for smaller oil quantity or smaller capacity requests.
Sino-NSH-VF is mainly used to improve the properties of insulating oils in
electric power transformers and other oil filed electrical
equipment. It can remove dissolved and free water, dissolved gas
and particulate impurities effectively so as to increase special
indexes of insulation oil.
Sino-NSH-VF combines vacuum flashing evaporation technology and delaminating
gradual-close filter technology to reach best performance of oil
purification. Meanwhile, by integrating thermal and vacuum, the
breakdown voltage is improved, which can be increased form 25kV to
over 60kV.
Sino-NSH-VF maintains an optimized structure and safe controls as to meet
comprehensive requirement of transformer manufacturers and service
companies.

Characteristics
1. Strong impurity removal capacity: large area cylindrical
precision filter element, with high filtration accuracy, large
amount of pollution, easy installation and replacement. The
multistage filtration system progressively encrypts and removes the
oil
Fine particles, oil suction magnetic filter to absorb metal
containing iron fine impurities. The filter is equipped with filter
element pollution blocking alarm protection device.
2. Efficient vacuum dehydration and degassing: the use of
three-dimensional compound flash technology, the introduction of
foreign technology with unique and efficient dehydration, degassing
components, plus special vacuum packing,
Increasing the surface area of oil film can quickly and effectively
separate water and gas in oil.
3. Excellent heating system: carbon fiber electric heater, long
service life; S-type flow oil circuit design, heating without blind
area, heating surface load is low, linear heating, prevent oil
cracking, uniform heating.
4. Automatic control: the whole machine adopts automatic heating,
constant temperature control, automatic liquid level control in and
out of oil, automatic pressure protection and other sophisticated
configuration, to achieve unattended equipment, safe and stable
operation.
Safety interlock protection: oil pump, vacuum pump, heater
interlock protection, motor overload protection, pipeline oil
pressure overpressure protection.
6. Humanized instruction: automatic design, and oil temperature,
excitation, vacuum degree, filter element pollution, operation
status and other indicators.
7. Good comprehensive performance: The machine has the advantages
of low noise, simple operation, long maintenance interval, low
energy consumption, small operation cost, high oil filtering
efficiency, long service life and so on.
8. Can be used with insulation oil regeneration device, with
decolorization, acid removal, deoxidation and free carbon and other
harmful substances, the effect of regeneration of old transformer
oil.
Main components
a.Pre-filter:
Utilizes a 50-80mesh strainer to remove any large particles
b. Electric heater:
Oil Heater System assures less than 1.0 w/cm². During the heating
process, the deterioration of the oil caused by overheating is
avoided. The oil temperature can be adjusted between 20℃ to 80℃.The
heater is controlled manually or automatically. The heater will
stop automatically when the oil temperature reaches a certain
degree. Being installed with safety protection devices, the heating
system is secure and reliable. The heater will stop operation
automatically when the oil volume of inlet is too low to avoid the
damages of the heater.
c. Vacuum chamber:
Utilizes coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating
technology and refined purification technology. To remove free,
soluble water, free and dissolved gases. The oil-level floating
ball or infrared liquid level automatic controller system are
installed in the vacuum vessel to control the oil level so as to
avoid the oil being
suctioned into vacuum pump in the operation. The new innovation of
eliminating froth can avoid the oil being suctioned into vacuum
pump.
d. Oil cooler:
Connected to between vacuum chamber and the roots pump, the vacuum
pump to avoid oil entering roots pump and vacuum pump. Secondly, to
cool the heated air.
e. Oil discharge pump:
Featuring high suction capabilities removes oil from the processing
chamber and discharges the oil through a filter before it is
directed either through the discharge port or is re-circulated
within the system.
f. Fine filter:
Oil receives its final “polishing” treatment by passing through a
high performance element. The filter is rated to capture99.5% of
particles greater from 5 to 10 micron absolute.
g. Sampling probe:
Two (2) sampling probes shall be provided, one for the incoming oil
and one for the processed oil.
h. Inlet&discharge valves:
Manual valves are provided for the inlet and discharge connection.
i. Manual re-circulation valve:
One manual valve is provided for re-circulation purposes.
j. Transformer dry-out connection:
One transformer dry-out connection.
k. Control panel:
Instrumentation, alarms& interlocks instrumentation&electrical
controls are located in NEMA 12 type enclosure. Several pilot
lights are provided to indicate operational status(on/off) of key
components and alarm conditions.
