A brief introduction to the VFD-A.
The VFD-A double-stage automatic vacuum insulation oil purifier
machine is also called transformer oil dehydration machine and
insulation oil filtration machine, designed to process and maximize
dielectric strength in electrical insulating liquids. This will
extend not only transformer oil service life, but also transformer
service life and reliability. It adopts a high vacuum system and
high precision filtration system and has functions of dehydration,
degassing, and filtration. It is widely used in factory workshops,
power transmissions, and generation stations.
What is the strength of VFD-A?
1. Equipped with a double-stage high vacuum system, which ensures
fast vacuum pumping speed and high vacuum degree.
2. Advanced liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic
protector, and temperature automatic-controlling system which
ensures long-term safety and reliable operation.
3. After purification, the technical parameters and performance of
transformer oil will be obviously recovered, and the oil breakdown
voltage can reach up to 70KV in ideal conditions.

5. The VFD-A utilizes coacervation technology, coalescing technology,
separating technology, and refined purification technology.
6. This model adopts the PLC full automatic system, operates by
touch-screen, with dynamic display, and can connect the computer to
operate. All working processes are via the CPU.
Why should the oil filtration machine be adopted?
After the transformer has been used for a long time, there are gas,
moisture, and other impurities will be in the dielectric insulating
oil due to the pressure. These factors affect the insulation
function and heat dissipation properties of the transformer oil.
Therefore, transformer oil filtering must be adopted.
