Product Introduction:
VFD series insulating oil double stage vacuum oil purifier is
designed innovatively by absorbing the advanced technology of
similar products at home and abroad, and has excellent cost
performance. In the oil treatment process and equipment performance
in the leading level, set vacuum flash drying technology and "step
by step" filtration technology in one. It has the advantages of
high vacuum degree, fast oil filtration speed and oil quality
protection. It can remove the water, impurities, hydrocarbons and
other harmful gases in the oil more efficiently, improve the flash
point and pressure strength of insulating oil. It is mainly used
for the purification treatment of high voltage and ultra-high
voltage power oil, and can increase the breakdown voltage of oil
above 35KV at a time. The parallel USE of regenerative devices can
accelerate acid removal, decolorization, reduce dielectric loss,
acid value, and further improve the insulation strength of oil.
