Brief introduction of transformer oil filtration machine
This Transformer Oil Filtration Machine can be used to degas, dehydrate, filter and restores dielectric strength insulating oil. Through the dehydrator, degassing, filtration processes, the dissolved gases and moisture, solid particulate, contamination can be completely removed.
Features:
• Upgrading of new and used electrical insulating liquids,
transformer oils.
• Double stages vacuum pump, horizontal double vacuum dehydration,
degasification chambers and blower capable of pulling vacuum down
to 0.05 mbar.
• High efficiency three stage micro filter elements with capable of
removing 99.5% particles as small as 1 micron.
• Maximum moisture content 1000 ppm to be processed, and can
achieve overall water content of ≤3 PPM By vacuum dehydration to
remove free, emulsified and dissolved water.
• Achieving soluble air and gas content of ≤0.05%
• Achieve ≥70kV per ASTM 877 dielectric strength.
• Low watt-density less than 1.0W/cm2 circulation heater with
digital temperature controller.
• Different pressure gauge of filters, pressure protector, vacuum
gauge and digital temperature gauge
