NSH vacuum insulating oil purifier is used for the purification and treatment of insulating oil, oil filling and drying of electrical equipment such as transformers.This series of products can effectively purify trace water, gas and particulate matter.According to different practical uses, it is divided into three modes:

•VFD: Two-stage vacuum transformer oil purifier

Process description of the purifier
The oil to be purified is fed into the system by differential pressure method.The oil is filtered through a coarse filter to prevent any particles.The oil is then heated to a pre-selected temperature through an electric heater to improve the purification effect, and directly into the vacuum chamber for dehydration and degassing.
The vacuum chamber maintains a high vacuum for the most efficient handling.
The oil is transferred back to the transformer through the fine filter column through the oil pump. The filter capacity of the fine filter column is up to 5-1 microns.
NSH double stage vacuum system is used to decrease total water content (ppm), gasses and impurities present in insulation fluid. After treatment, water content is decreased to less than 5 ppm, while total gas content is reduced down to less than 0.1%. Particulate matter is lowered to less than 99% of particles over 5-1 microns (filtration precision is selectable).
