Features of ordinary transformer oil vacuum oil filter:

Transformer oil two-stage high efficiency vacuum oil filter features:

It is mainly used for on-site maintenance of transformer of large power transmission and transformation equipment above 110kV and national main substation network, quick and deep treatment of insulating oil such as new oil and imported oil, vacuum filtration and purification treatment of new oil, imported oil, transformer oil and relatively valuable oil such as capacitor oil and refrigerating oil of substation system.

Products of the indicators were significantly higher than the national standard, compared with the single stage vacuum filter oil machine, dehydration, degassing, removing impurity (mechanical impurity and free carbon) effect more quickly and thoroughly, oil extreme pressure value and higher flash point, a filter can improve the breakdown voltage 35 kv, reduce the average filter oil machine oil aging damage caused by the repeated heating.

Large pumping rate of two-stage vacuum, can greatly improve the vacuum environment in the tank, so that it reaches the high vacuum, limit vacuum ≤5Pa, working vacuum ≤35Pa, so that the oil temperature remains unchanged in the process of processing, to meet the installation or maintenance site of the transformer body vacuum needs, greatly shortening the oil processing period.

Unique degassing and dehydration system, duplex three-dimensional flash, can quickly remove liquid water, using UK microgram technology, can effectively remove dissolved water and other trace water, efficient completion of transformer oil degassing, dehydration, treatment, improve the oil insulation strength and oil quantity.
